Flexo printing could be done on laminated and unlaminated bags and Rolls. This printing is economical and durable. The inks used are food grade and comply with all norms for packing food materials.

Gusset gives your bag an additional appearance and an edge over the normal bags. This facility could be availed for additional cost.

Liners are the inner plastic bag which is placed inside the woven bag and these are used in certain industries. This service could be availed in all sizes of the bags and these liners are stiched within the bags which makes it durable.

The cutting is either straight or zigzag depnding upon the customers demand. The cutting is just for the look of the bag and the customers preference. The cut must be accurate else, the weaved bag might just get destroyed, thus we only use Lohia products to ensure that thebags are 99.9% perfect.

Stitching are of various types, the most common is the double straight stitch. It helps in holding the product inside the bag, thus it should be proper and durable. At Karali we use world class stitching machines from Japan and best thread to ensure the quality.

We could provide you with the handles you want such as Nylon handles which are placed over the bag and are stitched with the tp part or you could also opt for D cut handles which are within the bag.

We can ship our products in the way you want or the packing you want for them for additional safety of your product. But certain things come at additional cost.

The design services are provided in our company and we can make the design that you provide or we can design for you as per your preference. The cylinders for BOPP are also made available but there are certan T&C which might be applicable..
